1. The service
DocuneX, operated by [Company legal name], reads documents you upload and returns their text, structure, extracted fields and answers. Results are produced by OCR and AI models and can contain mistakes. Always check important values (amounts, GSTINs, dates, medicine names and doses) against the original before relying on them.
2. Not professional advice
DocuneX is not a substitute for an accountant, auditor, lawyer, doctor or pharmacist. Product and price suggestions come from third-party search results; we don't sell products and aren't responsible for stores' prices, stock or conduct.
3. Your account and content
You must be at least 18 to create an account. You keep all rights to the documents you upload and give us permission to process them only to provide the service. You confirm you have the right to upload each document. Keep your password and API keys secret; you're responsible for activity on your account.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use DocuneX to process documents you obtained unlawfully, to break the law, to overload or attack the service, to get around plan limits, or to resell the service without our written agreement.
5. Plans and payment
Paid plans are bought 30 days at a time through Razorpay and don't renew automatically. Limits reset on the 1st of each month. Prices are shown on the pricing page and may change with notice for future purchases. Except where the law requires, payments for a period that has started aren't refundable.
6. Availability
We work to keep DocuneX available but don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, including losses from relying on extracted values without checking them.
8. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from Account settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of [City] have jurisdiction. Questions: contact support.
